What is Accio Agency?
Accio Agency is a marketing agency that runs Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and builds websites for local service businesses, like auto detailers, HVAC companies, plumbers, roofers and landscapers. Our goal is simple: more booked jobs, not more likes.
Who founded Accio?
Accio was founded by Everett Carvalho and Joshua Melamed. Before Accio, they owned J&E Platinum Details, a local auto detailing company, and grew it from $3,000 to $4,000 months to $8,000 months in three months using the same Facebook and Instagram ad system they now run for clients.
What makes Accio different from other marketing agencies?
We only work with local service businesses, and we've run one ourselves. We build campaigns around the jobs you want more of, use your real work as the ads, reply to every new lead with an instant text and email, and report on booked jobs instead of vanity numbers like impressions.
Does Accio work with businesses nationwide?
Yes. We work with local service businesses across the United States. Strategy calls, reporting and day-to-day communication all happen online, and your ads only run in the areas you serve.
Facebook & Instagram ads
Do Facebook and Instagram ads work for local service businesses?
Yes, when they're built correctly. Local services are visual, and Facebook and Instagram let you show real before-and-after work to people in your exact service area before they ever search for someone else. The ads that book jobs pair a clear offer with real photos or video and fast follow-up.
What's the difference between boosting a post and running an ad campaign?
Boosting a post mostly buys likes and views. A real ad campaign is built in Meta Ads Manager around a goal like leads or bookings, targets a specific service area, tests different offers and creative, and tracks which ads actually turn into customers.
How much should I spend on Facebook ads?
It depends on your market, your average job price and how many new customers you want. We recommend a specific starting budget on the free strategy call. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our fee.
How long does it take for Facebook ads to bring in customers?
Most campaigns start producing leads within the first couple of weeks. The first 60 to 90 days are when we learn what your market responds to, cut what doesn't work and lower your cost per booked job.
Do I need to make my own ads or videos?
No. We plan the ads and build them around your real work. Often the best material is photos and short phone videos of jobs you're already doing, and we turn those into finished ads.
What happens when someone responds to my ad?
Every new lead gets a personal text and email right away, so they hear from you before they hear from a competitor. The lead is also saved so you can see who came from which ad.
Are Facebook ads or Google ads better for a local service business?
They do different jobs. Google ads reach people who are already searching for a service right now. Facebook and Instagram ads reach people in your area before they search, and they show off your work. Many local businesses grow fastest with Facebook and Instagram because the cost per lead is often lower and the ads build familiarity.
Do I need a website to run Facebook ads?
Not always, because Facebook lead forms can collect contact details without a website. But a fast, clear website builds trust and usually turns more of your ad clicks into customers, which is why we offer both.
Website design
Why does my website matter if I'm running ads?
Your ad gets the click, but your website has to earn the call. If the page is slow, confusing on a phone or missing a clear next step, people leave and you've paid for nothing. A good site turns more of the same ad spend into booked jobs.
What does a good website for a local service business need?
It needs to load fast on a phone, show your real work and reviews, explain your services and service area clearly, and make it easy to call, text or book from any page. It should also track where every lead came from.
Cost and getting started
How much does Accio cost?
There are two parts: your ad budget, which you pay directly to Meta, and our fee. Both depend on your market and goals, so we give you specific numbers on the free strategy call and put everything in writing before anything starts.
What happens on the free strategy call?
We learn about your business, your customers and the jobs you want more of, look at what you're doing for marketing now, and tell you honestly whether Facebook and Instagram ads make sense for you right now. There's no obligation. Prefer to talk first? Call or text (415) 916-8914.
Do I need to have run ads before?
No. Many of the businesses we work with have only boosted posts or never advertised at all. We set up the ad account, tracking and campaigns from scratch.
What results has Accio gotten?
Our first results came from our own business. With this system, J&E Platinum Details earned a 3.15x return on ad spend, paid $9.10 per new customer, brought in more than 250 new paying customers and doubled its monthly revenue in three months.
Industries
What industries does Accio work with?
We work with local service businesses, including auto detailing, med spas, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, window washing and pressure washing.
What if my industry isn't listed?
If you sell a local service and your customers use Facebook and Instagram, there's a good chance we can help. Book a free call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a fit.
